Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Steps
  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add corn kernels, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a slice of toast. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Broil in the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
