Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Korean chili paste (Gochujang)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped

Steps
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another minute.
  2. Add the soy sauce, Gochujang, honey and sesame oil and stir to combine. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  3. Stir in the green onion and remove from heat. Serve with rice or noodles.
