Korean Beef Tacos
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 8-10 taco shells

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink.
  2. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic powder and ginger powder and stir to combine.
  3. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the mixture is thickened.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture into each taco shell.
  5. Top with your favorite toppings and serve.
