- 1lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 round dumpling wrappers
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, kimchi, green onions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce and black pepper.
- Mix well and set aside.
- To assemble the dumplings: Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Gently fold the wrapper over and press to seal. Make sure all edges are sealed.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
- Once hot, add the dumplings in a single layer. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown on one side.
- Flip over and cook an additional 3 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
