Ingredients
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 round dumpling wrappers

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, kimchi, green onions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce and black pepper.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. To assemble the dumplings: Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
  4. Gently fold the wrapper over and press to seal. Make sure all edges are sealed.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
  6. Once hot, add the dumplings in a single layer. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown on one side.
  7. Flip over and cook an additional 3 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Remove from heat and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
