Korean BBQ Chickeā€¦
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 red bell pepper, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 onion, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. In a small bowl whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder and ginger.
  2. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the bell pepper and onion and cook for 3 minutes or until they start to soften.
  5. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Add the chicken back to the skillet and pour in the soy sauce mixture. Cook for 2 minutes or until everything is heated through.
  7. Serve hot over white rice.
