- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger root
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 pounds beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger root, and sesame seeds.
- Add the beef slices and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef with marinade and cook for about 5 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
