Kimchi Fried Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and carrots. Cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add kimchi and peas. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked rice. Cook until heated through.
  5. Serve hot.
