- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup kimchi, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and carrots. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add kimchi and peas. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in cooked rice. Cook until heated through.
- Serve hot.
