Kimchi Fried Riceā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
  • 1 egg

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, kimchi, sesame oil, green onion, soy sauce and gochujang.
  2. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into small balls.
  4. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Place the balls in the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat and serve warm.
