- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 egg
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, kimchi, sesame oil, green onion, soy sauce and gochujang.
- Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into small balls.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Place the balls in the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
