Key Lime Pie
Ingredients
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, sugar and lime zest.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until set.
  5. Cool completely before serving.
