Jasmine Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 3 cups water

Steps
  1. Rinse the jasmine rice in a fine mesh strainer.
  2. Add the rinsed jasmine rice and 3 cups of water to a medium saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  4. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cover with a tight-fitting lid.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 10 minutes.
  7. Fluff with a fork before serving.
