- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread the butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos and parsley.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the unbuttered side of two slices of bread and top with the remaining slices.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve immediately.
