- 4 jalapenos
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- Remove stems from jalapenos and cut into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine jalapenos, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and vinegar.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a clean jar and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
