- 2 jalapeños, cut into rings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the jalapeño rings and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or until peppers are slightly softened.
- Serve warm.
