- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, olives and onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and Italian seasoning.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
