Italian Antipasto…
Ingredients
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, olives and onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
