- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- Turn the Instant Pot to Saute mode and add the beef stew meat. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the meat is browned.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Add the carrots and potatoes and stir in the flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine.
- Secure the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to Manual mode for 20 minutes.
- When finished cooking, release pressure naturally.
- Serve with a side of crusty bread.
