Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
  3. Toss until evenly coated. Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  4. Serve hot.
