- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices.
- Toss until evenly coated. Place wedges on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Serve hot.
