- 2 lbs. beef stew meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the beef stew meat until no longer pink.
- Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste and stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
