Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. beef stew meat
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Steps
  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the beef stew meat until no longer pink.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste and stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour or until the beef is tender.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
