- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and salt.
- Stir in the melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Spread the softened ice cream over the cooled crust.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts and drizzle with melted butter and chocolate syrup.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
