- 1 package ice cream sandwiches
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan with ice cream sandwiches.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add in sugar and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly over the ice cream sandwiches in the baking pan.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
