- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, cumin and salt.
- Process until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips.
