Hummus Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Steps
  1. In a food processor or blender, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and cumin. Process until smooth.
  2. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
