- 1 lb. human liver
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add liver and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Add cooled liver mixture and stir to combine.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until set.
