Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic and onion in butter until tender.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Spoon mixture into an oven safe baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
