- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic and onion in butter until tender.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Spoon mixture into an oven safe baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
