Hot Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 cups distilled white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, salt, and sugar.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the garlic and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool completely before transferring to a jar or bottle.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
