Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in sugar, salt, evaporated milk and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
