- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin on
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with the honey mustard mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
