Honey-Lime Salmon
Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish and pour honey-lime mixture over them.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
