Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, honey and salt. Stir to coat carrots.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until carrots are tender.
  5. Serve warm.
