- 6 to 8 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add carrots, honey and salt. Stir to coat carrots.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Serve warm.
