- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 salmon fillets, cut into cubes

- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, mirin, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.
- Add olive oil and whisk to combine.
- Thread salmon cubes onto skewers. Place in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
