Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 salmon fillets, cut into cubes

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, mirin, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add olive oil and whisk to combine.
  3. Thread salmon cubes onto skewers. Place in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for about 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with your favorite sides.
