Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and stir to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  5. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  6. Place skewers onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides.
