- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 salmon fillets
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger and black pepper.
- Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and pour the honey mixture over top.
- Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.
