- 1 1/2 cups raw peanuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the peanuts, honey, olive oil and salt. Mix until evenly coated.
- Spread the peanuts onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Stir and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
