- 1 lb carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut carrots into 1/2-inch thick slices and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread carrots out on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
- Serve warm.
