- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey and lemon juice. Set aside.
- Place salmon on prepared baking sheet and brush with honey mustard sauce.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with desired sides.
