Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine honey mustard sauce, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic and black pepper.
  2. Form salmon into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
