- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, olive oil and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Brush salmon fillets with mustard mixture.
- Place salmon onto the grill and cook until cooked through and opaque in the center, about 4-5 minutes per side.
