- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil and spices.
- Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour marinade over chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill chicken for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking time.
- Once cooked through, remove from grill and serve.
