- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- lettuce, tomato and onion for topping
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey mustard, olive oil and garlic.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Toast the buns in the skillet.
- Serve the chicken on the buns with lettuce, tomato and onion.
- Top with honey mustard sauce.
