- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Place chicken cubes in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over top. Seal bag and turn to coat chicken evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thread chicken onto skewers. Discard remaining marinade.
- Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. Turning once halfway through cooking time.
- Serve hot.
