- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 hamburger buns
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey mustard. Once chicken is cooled, slice into thin strips.
- To assemble sandwiches, spread honey mustard on the inside of each bun. Place chicken strips and cheese on bottom bun and top with other bun.
- Serve sandwiches warm.
