- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Spread shrimp onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
