- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil and chicken thighs. Add the mustard mixture and mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Arrange the chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
