- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, mustard, olive oil, thyme and garlic powder.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour honey mustard mixture over top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
