- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine honey, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
