Honey Glazed Ham
Ingredients
  • 1 (7-10 pound) bone-in ham
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  3. Bake for 1 hour.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard, brown sugar and cloves.
  5. Remove foil from ham and brush with glaze. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the ham is 145 degrees F.
  6. Brush with glaze every 10 minutes until done. Serve warm.
