- 4 cups baby carrots
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine honey, butter, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
- 3. Drizzle the honey glaze over the carrots and toss to coat.
- 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- 5. Serve warm.
